If you have qualified in UGC NET exam , then you can easily apply in Mumbai university for Ph.D course . Also you can apply for Ph.D course any other university though NET score . But you must qualify in UGC NET JRF exam . Because UGC NET conducted for LS and JRF . If you are qualified in LS then only you can apply lectureship post in govt college .
