You have lot of options for bright career after taking computer science in +2. You cannot appear for medical entrance. The basic eligibility for medical entrance is to have studies physics, chemistry biology in 11th and 12th. Yes the marks of higher secondary exam will be taken in to consideration. But you have nothing to worry as you can opt for various other courses like B.Sc which will reward you equally.
