Dear friends, I am doing BA with Economics specialization. Actually my aim is to become an Income Tax Officer. Please let me know that with this qualification, I can become an Income Tax Officer? Please let me know immediately.

To become an Income tax officer you have to appear and qualify in Civil Service or Combined Graduate Level examination.

Yes, you are eligible to become an Income Tax Officer after successful completion of BA in Economics course. In order to become an Income Tax Officer, you are required to appear in SSC Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination.
