Hello friend,
No matter how much you have scored in the bachelors degree examination, you will have to qualify the common proficiency test conducted by the ICAI to enroll yourself for the IPCC program of chartered accountancy course.
As per the ICAI guidelines, its mandatory to qualify the common proficiency test to pursue chartered accountancy course.
Once you qualify the test, you'll be eligible to enroll for the IPCC which will be followed by the Final course and other practical training.

Dear Friend,

No there is no provision to join IPCC directly.The marks obtained in the Graduation will not be considered.To join IPCC of CA course you have to come through the CPT examination.
The CPT examination is a entry level examination of the CA course.Every one who want to join CA course has to appear in the CPT examination.And you also have to appear in the examination if you want to join the CA course.This rule is in effect from the year 2006-2007.
