yes you can join b.com after your ip from any stream......

Eligibility criteria of B.com Economics hons:

for general candidates Honours in finance:
55% in aggregate
60% in Accountancy
50% in mathematics

sc/st:
40% in aggregate.
40% in Accountancy

Honours in Marketing:
for general candidates:
50% in aggregate
55% in Accountancy

Maths for sc/st:
40% in Accountancy.

yes you can do b.com hons after ip instead maths but maths is not important for b.com hons in this couse you have syllabus business mathematics is not very tough but if you are doing c.a. along with b.com maths is very important role...
