is it important to have computer science as a subject in intermediate for doing bsc in computer science, as i am not it as my subject in 12th. Can i do bsc cs. my subjects are
physics,chemistry,mathematics,hindi and english.

Yes you can pursue this stream. You needn't pursue computers for the same. Normally admission will be on the score secured in 12th standard. So if you have good score you can join reputed institutes. If required you can join institutes like NIIT or Aptech to get a basic knowledge in the same.

In most of the Universities providing BSc (computer science), the minimum eligibility is that the candidate must have passed Senior School Certificate Examination with Mathematics as a qualifying subject from any of the Board.

So if you were having Mathematics as a qualifying subject at 10+2 then you would be eligible to join Computer science course.

No its not necessary that you should have computer science in 12th for getting admission B.Sc Computer Science.

As you are having PCM in 12th then you will easily get admission in B.Sc in CS.

So, don't worry move ahead and take admission.

The candidate should have pursued the science subjects. The science subjects should include Physics and Chemistry

No its not important to have computer science as a subject in 12th.There are

many universities are give education of bsc.The basic and important

requirment for admission in bsc college is you should have maths backgrould in

12th.Its the essential part for bsc.And some college also want above 60% in

12th.So there is no restriction for you if you want to continue your further

education with bsc.

from my personal experience, i can say you that it is not neccesary to have computer in 12th.you are eligible to do graduation in computer science with a minimum percentage of 50%.

-it is required to get accquinted with some technical words and build up your basics by reading different computer journals..
