Yes,you can do the chattered accountancy after completing 12th in MPC or MEC stream.Now-a-days even some institutes are offering CA course for the medical students.So as a medical student you can join in the CA coaching institutes which offers the CA course for medical students.

To join in CA course you must qualify the Common Proficiency Test(CPT).After qualifying in the CPT exam you can for IPCC along with articleship training,and after IPCC you can go for the Final CA course.
