Default Re: Can I do IIT after passing diploma in mechanical?

Diploma degree holders are not eligible for IIT admissions. Only 12th passed/appearing are eligible for JEE Mains and JEE Advanced.

You can complete your B.Tech through lateral entry after getting diploma degree. In lateral entry you don't have to 4 years, you can directly take admission in 2nd year.

After completing B.Tech, then you can apply for GATE exam to study M.Tech at IIT/NIT.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
