Yes, you are eligible to do MCA course after B.Sc degree.

MCA stands for Master in Computer Application.

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized university are eligible for MCA admission but Mathematics subject is compulsory in your throughout studies.

Actually different universities follow different admission criteria for MCA as some universities allow those students who have got only pass marks such as Madurai kamraj university and Manglore university. Some university make their admission if having 45% marks such as Directorate of Technical Education Maharashtra State. The universities such as Jamia Milia Islamia university , Guru Nanak Dev university make their admission if having 50% marks in graduation and universities such as IIT Roorki, Delhi university,MDU Rohtak make their admission if having 60% marks. So we can say any student having 46% marks are eligible for MCA.

MCA stands for Master of Computer Applications.

Eligibility criteria:

1. Bachelor's degree in discipline like science, computer applications, technology etc are eligible for MCA.

2. Candidate must have studied mathematics at 10+2 level.

You can apply for MCA entrance exam as well as some universities take admission direct admission based on percentage. But as your percentage is low, you must give MCA entrance exam for better college. For example NIMCET is one of preferred MCA entrance exam at national level.
