Yes you can do PHD there is no exams of phd you shuold concern a phd holder teacher.he can give you more instructions about this.

first of all i need to know what is your education qualification? And there is a test conducted by central government. In that if we pass in that exam you wil get a fellowship and sidewise you can do your ph.d For that You need to first select the subject of interest and then select the instituted in which you would like to study and then Select the faculty who have completed Ph.d And then you can approach For doing Your ph.d .
