To be considered eligible for the All India Pre Medical Test, conducted by CBSE, the candidates must attain the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
As per the date of birth of your son, he won't be considered eligible for the test.
However, he will be eligible for the test next year for sure and therefore, you must work on him to make him well prepared for the AIPMT 2013.

is there a combined test for cbse & aipmt examination
