i am a 12th running student can i fill the form of IIST...could u please tell me if its possible

Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology offers undergraduate course. There is an eligibility criteria for appearing for the test to seek admission in IIST. You have to get minimum 70% marks in higher secondary or +2 examinations with science as your subject. relaxation of 10% is their for reserved candidates. Also its mandatory to be an Indian national.
