Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering is an all-India examination which is conducted jointly by the Indian Institute of Science and seven Indian Institutes of Technology.

As per my knowledge, no you are not eligible to get admission in any NIT in Structural Engineering stream after scoring 33 marks and 340 score in GATE in Civil Engineering.
