Can I get the domicile of Maharashtra if I was born in Gujarat but born in Nagpur?


i was born in nagpur (maharashtra).presently i am studying in gujarat. can i get the domicile of maharashtra.

If you are born in any city in Maharashtra, and if you have the birth certificate like ration card, medical birth certificate of the state, then you would certainly get the domicile certificate of Maharashtra and would also get the benefit of reserved seats for students, in colleges/university of the same state.

I have to obtain domicile certificate of Maharashtra but my birth certificate is of gujarat but rest of my documents are of Maharashtra would i be able to obtain domicile certificate in Maharashtra
