Now i am in service in nalco as dy. Manager(e&i). Can i get further job/engagement in educational institute or private company after my retirement ?

Yes, why not if you are interested to work in any company then you can be hired , but for this you have to appear their interview and if you are qualified then you can join in any company ....

But if you are interested to join in educational department then also you have to appear their interview and have to show a demo class how to teach students..if they are satisfied then you can join in this..but in my opinion it will be better o join a private core company rather than a educational department
