Can I give IES exam after applying for economics in commerce
Could i know that would i be able to give ies exam if i did applied economics in commerce?

No you are not eligible to apply for IES Examination. IES i.e Indian Engineering Service Examination and this examination is conducted by UPSC Once in a year. This examination is conducted only for engineering stream candidate not for commerce stream candidates.
To apply for IES Exam, you must have a completed Engineering degree from a recognized University or equivalent qualification. Final year of engineering degree course may also eligible to apply for this examination. You must have a minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years. No percentage bar required to apply. Even M.Sc degree candidates may also eligible to apply for this examination. |
