Can I give PSU exam after scoring 7.12 CGPA?
dear sir,
upto 6 th sem my cgpa is 7.12 .Can i give psu exam? |

Engineering graduates can apply for trainee positions in PSU like BHEL, BEL, NTPC, etc. Minimum cut off score specified in most cases is 60% marks. In certain cases the cut off marks percentage required is 65%. As you have good CGPA score, you can apply for most of the PSU tests. Detailed notification can be collected from PSU portal.

The cut off percentage is increased from 60% to 65%. But you can increase your CGPA while passing out from your college as you have two semesters of your final year in hand. Yes you can give the PSU exams with 7.12 CGPA but ask your university what is the conversion rule for converting from CGPA to percentage. As my universities conversion rule is "Minus 0.5", means if I score 7.12CGPA then my percentage is 66.2%.
