Yes, you can appear for engineering course in aeronautical after 12th class from NIOS since this is a recognized one. You need to choose PCM as optional subjects in 12th class. 50% marks is necessary to apply for engineering course. Selection will require the candidates to attend common engineering entrance exam. If you obtain a good score in this exam and also have good score in 12th standard then you will get a call for the counseling session.

I am presently doing my Xth Std in NIOS at Goa, I want to pursue further education in Pune where I am interested in doing Automobile/Mechanical Engg. Pls let me know which colleges I can do 11th and 12th - vocational Automobile/Mechanical Engg.
