To all people above, i just chatted with "Live chat" at IFBI website and they said- "I am not eligible as i am born in 1986.

So, be clear that, For joining any course with IFBI, u should atleast be born or after 1st oct 1986. Except, Post Graduate Diploma in Branch Banking, for which u should <26 yrs of age as on 2012.. But u need to have Valid IBPS PO scorecard...

Why should i join banking & finance course?
