IFBI stands for Institute of Finance,Banking & Insurance. Yes, you can apply for IFBI. You can apply for Post Graduate Diploma in Banking.

To apply for PGDB a candidate's age must be 26 years & must have completed graduation with minimum 50% marks from a valid university & must have scored 45% marks in class 10th & 12th from a valid board. The only regular mode study allowed.

So, if you fulfil the above mentioned eligibility then apply.
