Being a candidate from Commerce background, you have the following options to join Indian Navy:

Senior Secondary Recruit
To join Indian Navy through Senior Secondary Recruit, candidate must have qualified higher secondary level of examination in any discipline and must be within the age limit of 17 - 21 years.

Logistics
In order to join the Logistics department, candidate must have qualified Bachelors Degree examination in Commerce/Arts/Business Administration/Computer Application.
As far as age limit is concerned, the minimum eligible age is 19.5 years - 25 years.
