After completion of your 10th standard , you are eligible for NDA exam because the minimum educational qualification for NDA exam is 12th standard.

But after 10 th standard you have some option in various Defence sector.

• Constable
• Sundry
• washer
• cook
• GD

Also you are eligible for CISF ,CRPF ,BSF ,ITBP ,RPF and State Police because those organization are recruit the candidate from 10th standard.

But the better option for you to go for 12th standard.After completion of your 12th standard you are eligible for NDA exam.

Those candidate have completed 12th standard with above 50% marks are applicable for NDA exam but your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 year.

Only unmarried male candidate are applicable for NDA exam.You must have citizenship of India.

You are not eligible to join NDA after 10th standard as the minimum educational qualification for NDA is 12th.

NDA stands for NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY, the entrance exam for which is conducted by UPSC twice every year for entry in to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA.

The eligible candidate must be an unmarried Indian male having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical Fitness.

The selection is through written exam followed by personal interview along with Physical Fitness and medical Test.

No you can't apply for NDA exam after completing 10th

Eligibility for nda exam
1. You must have passed your 12th from any reognised board
2. Age should in between 16 1/2 years to 19 years
3. No age relaxation is provided in any case.
4. Only Unmarried Male candidates allowed.

A candidate must be either:
1. A citizen of India, or
2. A subject of Nepal, or
3. A subject of Bhutan, or
4. A Tibetan refuge

Syllabus :
1. Physics
2. Chemistry
3. Mathematics
(NCERT Level)

Selection Procedure :
Written exam
general knowledge
physical test

There are 3 course in NDA
1. Naval training team
2. Air force training team
3. Army training team

Sorry to say but you are not eligible to sit for the NDA Exam as you need to complete 10+2 of a recognized board first and then only you will be allowed to sit for this exam. That is the minimum qualification required.

NDA stands for National Defense Academy. NDSE exam is given by those candidates who wants to join Army, Navy and Air force wings of NDA. You can give the exam twice a year:- in April and in September. You need to be in the academy for three years.

After completion of three years you will get a bachelor's degree in science, arts or computer science. f you choose to join the Air Force Academy then you need to give the pilot aptitude battery test as well.

If you are an Army cadet then after three years of training in NDA you will be sent at IMA for one year. If you are a Naval cadet then after three years in NDA you will be sent to the Naval Academy and the Air Force Cadets are sent to AFA Hyderabad after completing three years in NDA.

Eligibility Criteria:-

• You need to be an unmarried male candidate of India.
  
• Unfortunately girls are not allowed to give this examination.
  
• To join the army wing you need to be higher secondary passed or its equivalent.
  
• To join the air force or naval wing then you need to have physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects at 10+2 level.
  
• If you are about to appear for the board exam or awaiting the result then also you can sit for this exam.
  
• You need to be physically and mentally fit according to the standards set by the NDA and NA.

Age Limit:-

Minimum Age Limit:- 16.5 years.
Maximum Age Limit:- 19 years.

Examination Pattern:-

The entrance exam of NDA comprises of two stages mainly: Written Exam followed by and Intelligence and Personality Test. The written exam consists of two papers as given below:-

## Mathematics: 300 marks (2.5 hours)
## General Ability Test: 600 marks (2.5 hours)

Total Marks:- 900 marks
