i am in 10th class how to join it nda....could u please give me the details for the same

You could not join (NDA) - National Defence Academy after passing 10th because the minimum educational qualifications to join NDA is 12th pass,So,Pass your 12th board examinations and join it.

Beside this your Age must be in between 16 ½ to 19 yrs.If you are wishing to join Air Force and Navy by NDA then you must have Physics and Maths compulsory subjects and for Army you became equivalent by 12th pass.

Minimum educational qualification insisted to join defense is pass in 12th. Selection to NDA is made through an entrance exam conducted by UPSC. Those having appeared for HSC class examination can also apply. Also the age of the applicant must be between 16 1/2 and 19 years. Applicant must be an unmarried male. Further details can be obtained from UPSC web portal.

## NDA examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice every year to recruit the candidates in ARMY,AIRFORCE and NAVY WINGS of National Defence Academy
## Minimum educational qualification required to apply for ARMY wing is 12th pass & for AIRFORCE,NAVY wings is 12th pass under 10+2 pattern with mathematics,physics subjects from recognised institution
## So,as you have completed only 10th standard,you are not eligible to apply for NDA exam but you can apply after the completion of 12th standard
## Age limit to apply for NDA examination is 16.5-19 years and only Unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply

NDA exam stands for National Defence Academy which is conducted through UPSC twice in a year , i.e in the month of April & September

Educational qualifications required:

In order to apply for Army wing of National Defence Academy, applicant must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam in any stream.

For Air Force Academy and Navy wings of NDA, candidate should have Mathematics and Physics subjects in his 10+2 exam.

Candidates who are studying in second year of 10+2 exam are also eligible to apply for NDA & NA exam (II).

For Naval Academy also applicant must have studied Physics and Maths at 10+2 level.

so if you want to go for indian army then first clear you 12th exam and then apply for nda,

Some criteria to join NDA after passing 10th class.

1.You must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam in any stream
2.Your age must be 16.5 to 19 years
3.No age relaxation for reserved catagories
4.You must be an unmarried male
5.You must be an INDIAN.

I am sorry to say that there is no chance to join in NDA with 10th standard

because the minimum educational qualification required for NDA is 12th standard

NDA stands for National Defence Academy, this examination is conducted by Union Public Service commission in yearly twice i.e. NDA - I and NDA - II and NDA have three wings i.e. Indian Air Force, Indian Army and Indian Navy

For this NDA examination some eligibility criteria are there, if you satisfy these eilgibility criteria then you are eligible for NDA Examination

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should:

>> Have a XII Class / Equivalent passed certificate conducted by State Board / Universities. Those appearing for the exam can also apply provided they furnish the proof of passing the Class XII exam at a later date as specified by the UPSC.

>> Have Physics & Maths in 10+2 if he has applied for Navy & Air Force.

>> Be an unmarried male.

>> Be between 16 1/2 to 19 years of age.

>> Be physically fit.

Exam Pattern

The written test has 2 papers both of which will last for 150 minutes each:

Mathematics: Topics to be covered include Arithmetic, Mensuration, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Statistics

General Ability: This paper includes English & GK. Questions from Physics, Chemistry, General Science, History & Freedom Movement, Geography and Current affairs will be asked in the GK section.
