Can I join Ph.D in IGNOU after completing M.Com distance mode with 60%


sir i have completed m.com distance mode with 60%.so i can join in ph.d in IGNOU.

You have completed M.Com degree with 60% so you are eligible for Ph.D from IGNOU.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree in computer science or its equivalent from a recognized university are eligible for Ph.D entrance exam in IGNOU. General and OBC candidates should hold 55% and above marks in masters degree. For SC/ST candidate its 50% and above in masters degree.
