O.T.A i.e Officer Training Academy examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission two times in a year.

C.D.S examination consist of different course like I.M.A,Indian Navy,Air force,O.T.A.

Eligibility Criteria for Officer training Academy (SSC Course for Men) :-

• The age should be between 19 years and 25 years and Only unmarried male candidates are eligible.
• The candidate must have a completed graduation from any recognized university or equivalent qualification and there is no minimum marks required for this examination.Graduation is enough to appear for this examination.
• Those in final year of degree course can also apply for this examination.

• The age should be between 19 years and 25 years and Only unmarried female candidates are eligible to apply for this examination.
• The candidate must have a completed graduation from any recognized university or equivalent qualification and there is no minimum marks required for this examination.Graduation is enough to appear for this examination.
• Candidates who are appearing in final year of degree course can also apply for this examination.

sir i wanted to ask u 1 more question that,, how many chances do we get to answer a OTA exam????

O.T.A. stands for OFFICERS TRAINING ACADEMY.
By applying in C.D.S. exam, you can join O.T.A.
C.D.S. stands for COMBINED DEFENSE SERVICE EXAM.
This examination is conducted by U.P.S.C.
Don't worry about percentage.
Only after passing Graduation you can apply for this.
Any graduate holder is eligible to apply.

For Officers Training Academy(O.T.A.), 2012:-

- Both male & female candidates can apply for the exam.
- Candidate's age must be 19-25 years.
- Candidate must be a degree holder.
- Candidates must have completed their graduation from recognized university.
- Candidate must be physically fit.
- Candidate must be Indian citizen.

IMPORTANT DATES FOR C.D.S. (2)

Date of notification:- 02.06.2012
Last date for submission of form:- 02.07.2012(Monday)
Date of exam:- 16.09.2012(Sunday)
Duration of exam - 1 day
