Eligibility for admission in NIFT after B.Com and minimum percentage required
I am a B.Com final year student and I want to join NIFT after graduation. Please tell me about the eligibilty for this course and percentile/percentage required in graduation.

1 Is the NIFT degree recognized worldwide?
Yes. NIFT has been granted statutory status under the act of Parliament of India in 2006, empowering the Institute to award degrees and other academic distinctions 2 How many times can I take the NIFT entrance examination? You can take the entrance examination for any number of times but in case of design you can take till you attain the upper age limit. 3 What is the upper age limit for applying? The upper age limit for applying in bachelor programmes is restricted to 23 years however for Post graduate programmes there is no age limit. 4 What is the financial assistance available for study at NIFT? NIFT gives financial assistance to students through its subsidy program. The subsidy details are as under S.No. Parental Income (Annual) Subsidy Amount of tuition fee to be paid per semester 1 Upto 1 lakh 75% Rs. 10,000 2 Between 1 lakh to 2 lakh 50% Rs. 20,000 3 Upto 3 lakh 25% Rs. 30,000 The subsidy is given to eligible students based on the policies laid down for grant of subsidy. Subsidy forms can be downloaded from the NIFT website Check out http://www.nift.ac.in/scholarship.html for details 5 How can we come to know about merit list? The merit list is displayed on the NIFT website once the results of selected candidates are declared. 6 What is the procedure for counseling? After the selection, the students are called as per the merit list for counseling. During the counseling the selected students get a chance to select the course and the center of study. 7 Can we submit the application form without submitting the +2 exam mark sheet? The candidates applying for the examination should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria for admission to the examination. Their admission at all the stages of the examination for which they are admitted by NIFT viz. Written Test, Situation Test, Group Discussion and Interview (as the case may be) will be purely provisional, subject to their satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions. If on verification at any time before or after the Written Test, Situation Test, Group Discussion and Interview (as the case may be), It is fond that candidate does not fulfill any eligibility criteria, his / her candidature for the examination shall stand cancelled without any notice or further reference. 8 What is the admission test pattern? HOW MANY PERCENTAGE WE NEED IN 12 FOR THE ENTRANCE IN NIFT DELHI.IS IT COMPULSORY THAT WE HAVE TO DO GRADUATION OR AFTER 12 WE CAN ENTER IN NIFT.ON WHAT BASIS YOU SELECT STUDENT.

dear friend,
You wants to take admission in National institute of fashion technology after completion of B.Com, then you can go for it.. To take admission in NIFT for bachelor degree course in fashion technology you must have complete the 12th from a recognized central or state board.. If you wants to take admission in master degree in fashion technology then the criteria is- One must have complete the graduation in any trade.. No such percentage marks is required to take admission in NIFT.. As you have done your B.Com then you can take admission in NIFT.. All the best.. |

am in my b.pharm final year nw n vl b a graduate nxt yr.am interested in designin. wat r d courses offerd at nift in my case?i'll be 22 dz oct so if i dnt attmpt fa xam dz tym will i be eligible to write it nxt year?
