i am a girl .i am pursuing in BE final year with computer science branch .i want to know about ota

A Engineering graduates can join indian army

• join in the 3rd year or that final year through the UES(University Entry Scheme)
  
• or after completion of graduation through Technical Graduate Scheme, by appearing before the Service Selection Board.

In both the cases you can be posted as a captain.

and also you can apply for Combined Defence Services examination as a regular/short service commissioned officer..

• For regular service training will be Indian Military Academy , Dehradun..
  
• For short service Officer’s Training Academy, Chennai...

Short service is for 5 years and after completion of 5 years either you can resign or opt for an extension for five years or a permanent commission.

Dear Friend

Girls are not eligible for OTA exam.

If you want to join IMA or OTA, then you have to appear in the exam of CDS.

To appear in CDS(combined defense services), the eligibility is graduation in any discipline.

your age should be less than equal to 25 years.

CDS is the exam what you need to qualify.

after that you have to go for a 5 days interview.

this exam is conducted two times in a year so watch daily news paper and weekly news paper named employment news.

In general, any wireless system that uses open space as its transmission medium, including TV, Wi-Fi and cellular.May refer specifically to free wireless broadcasting such as AM/FM radio and TV in contrast to paid services such as cable TV and satellite radio.

this is an OTA...........ya sure the girls can join this course.........it is good that you are choosing a different course............

Combined Defence Academy Examination for admission I.M.A,Indian Navy,Air force,O.TA.

O.T.A i.e Official Training Academy examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice in a year.

For Officer Training Academy,

Qualification :-The applicants should have a completed the graduation from any recognized Institute/university or equivalent examination and candidates who are appearing in the last semester of the examination can also appear for this examination.

Age :-The age should have a minimum 19 years to 24 years of age and Only unmarried female candidates are eligible for this examination.
