Re: Can I write 10 board exams in 2016 if born in 2006?
As you have mentioned in the query that your date of birth is 24/08/2006 but you have not mentioned that at present in which standard/class are you studying.
In order to appear for the 10th board examination either from CBSE or ICSE or State board exams: >>You must have passed 8th and 9th standard. Basically it involves regular study from standard one to standard 9th in order to appear for 10th board exam. >>Registration for 10th board exam is done in class 9th. So, if you studied in standard 9th in academic session 2014-2015 and registration for tenth was done then definitely you can appear for tenth board exams in 2016 otherwise not applicable for board exams in 2016. |

Re: Can I write 10 board exams in 2016 if born in 2006?
Basically there is no age limit as such for the 10th board exams.
Its just that how early you join school in your childhood and complete your preliminary education to reach the class 10th. Generally, most of the school do not allow children of age less than 2 and a half years to be admitted, according to which at around 14 years most of the students give their boards. So people have made this misconception that there is an age limit associated to this. But its not. If you have successfully completed your all your classes till 9th, you are very well eligible for the exam. |
