I am studying Bsc physics final year , i want to study b tech aerospace engineering in iit , so can i write JEE exam ???

Dear friend,
For JEE any student has two chance to sit in that exam.
First chance on that year when he appeared/passed 12th exam.
and second chance in next year just after passing 12th.
but i think two year has gone after you passed 12th.

so i think you can't write JEE. But you can write IIT-JAM to get admission in M.Sc in IIT after completing B.Sc.

what is meant by iit
