YES, you can join Indian army.

But you have to apply for the UPSC NDA exams if you meet the eligibilty.
NDA exams are conducted twice each year

Below is the eligibilty for the NDA exams:
12th pass for the Army wing
12th pass with Phy and Maths as subjects for the Airforce and Navy wing

Age- Minimum 16.5 years
Maximum 19 years

Minimum Height and weight required for the NDA exams is
Height - 152 Cms
Weight 45 Kg

If you do not meet the above eligibilty,than complete your graduation and than apply for the UPSC conducted CDS exams
