Can an steno-typist join indian army? ...is it really possible to get a job that way?

Yes a Steno Typist can join Indian Army.

The Eligibility criteria that you need to meet includes the following:

1. You must have passed Higher Secondary examination.

2. Your Age must lie in between 18-25 years.

3. You must be an Indian citizen.

4. You must be physically and mentally fit.

5. You must have dictation skill of 10 minutes @80 wpm and transcription skill of 55 minutes (Eng) on Computer.
