Can students who have done masters degree in English appear in mathemtatics in UGC NET
Can you please tell whether the students who have done master degree in English appear in mathematics in UGC-NET?

National Eligibility Test is now conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education. You can choose any subject from list of subjects mentioned in notification of NET exam. The eligibility criteria is:
Master's degree in any stream from a UGC recognized university with at least 55% marks. It is only 50% marks for SC/ST candidates. There is no upper age limit for lectureship. Master's degree in English can appear for Mathematics in CBSE NET exam. |
