Can we join Merchant Navy directly after passing 10th board exam?
How can we join the Merchant Navy directly after passing 10th board exam with 60%? Will there be any entrance exam? How can we clear it? What we have to do to join Merchant Navy? If I'm not eligible at this stage then what should I do?

No, you are not eligible to join Merchant Navy directly after passing 10th.
Eligibility to join Merchant Navy: 1. You will have to complete 12th with PCM from a recognized board. 2. Candidate should not be more than 20 years. 3. Relaxation is available for reserved category. 4. Candidate must be an Unmarried candidate. 5. You should pursue either Marine Engineering or B.Sc Nautical Science. |
