Sir, I want to know how is biotechnolgy going to develop in india and will there be job opportunities with a good salary?

After completing my inter with Mpc, I have joined a course for M.Tech Industrial Bio-technology in Tamil Nadu.
I have no clue about this subject. After completion of ist year, Ihave option to switchover to boiinformatics.
Do I have scope opportunities after completing my course. Or do I have to switchover to some other course.

Job after completing m.sc biotechnology?
There is limited job in biotech in India and if we talking about salary in pharma company either it is R@D or Q.A then for fresher 7000 to 10000 max. and my suggestion to all biostudent that if you have ability then go to medical courses only like Mbbs, Bams, Bhms or paramedical courses like nursing, technician.If you want to biotech then please don't waste time as well as money prefer to do plane B.sc, bio with chem you will got similar even better job.This is my experience after completing M.sc and discussing thousands of biotech student.
