which course is good for me afterb.com , m.com(a/c) to become teacher/ professor ?

By doing M.Com you will be gaining on an additional qualification. Also after that clearing the NET exam is a must. Only after this you will be eligible for the lectureship post. Make sure that you have over 55% marks in graduation. You can check the NET site for the details.

You should do your Master's degree in case of becoming a professor.For doing that you can write the NET exam and the eligibility criteria for it is:

Eligibility:

1. The candidate must finish their Master's degree from a recognized university with 55% aggregate.For SC/ST/VH/PH candidates it is 505.
2. The candidates must appear with the subjects of their post graduation only.

i hv done mcom next wat to become a college proffesor

In my Graduation pecentage less the 50% but in PG i got 60% above marks. can i give the NET exam.

If you want to Become a Professor.you should write NET exam

Eligibility of NET exam is as follows .you have completed your Post graduation with 55% of marks for open category students.50% of marks for SC/ST/PH candidates must have 50% of marks for entrance of NET exam.

M.com is an key role for you Become a professor.so you first you have to do PG in M.com good percentage that means more than 55% of marks.

if you want to become an teacher after the b.com and m.com you should be apply for B.Ed { Bachel of Education } course and M.Ed { Master of Education } course . if your are qualified in this course then you can pursue a teacher job in higher secondary schools . the b.ed course for 3 years and in final year the candidate are send for practical training in reputed school . After the finishing this course your eligible to pursue for teacher job in both the private schools as well as public schools .
