I am retired person from The Defence service after completion of 16 years of service. When I had enroled in Indian Army I was matriculate only but now I have enchanced my education stantrad as BA, MA, B Lib & Info Science and Now appearing in B Ed from Jai Narayan University, Jodhpur Rajasthan.

Sir I am now want of Job in civil services. Which civil service should I apply?

Hi!
Sir you have not mention your age, as every civil service has a age criteria maximum age limit will be 35(5% relaxation for sc/st/obc).
So as you have mentioned you are retired defense person so your age must be more than 45+. This is not possible for you to apply any civil service jobs.

You are not eligible for IAS due to your age has crossed the limit. If you have crossed 35, then you don't have any chance.

as you are a exarmy person so definately certificates provided to you are equivalent to graduation so obviously you can also apply but the main thing is your eligibility your age must figure within the dates as per advertisement

Without knowing the age of yours , nothing to say seriously. However I may guess you age, that it would be in between 30 to 33 years. Since most of the civil services require not more than age of 30 years(as in IAS) so you should seek for some relaxations.
As you didnt tell about the mode or scheme through which you retire hence again as per relaxation it is difficult to say. According to this you may get the relaxation of from 3 to 5 years. You may check it from here:

But since you are doing BEd course and have done MA hence you may try in teaching line for this you have to clear NET or STET tests. STET is must in order to be a teacher in any school.

I HAVE COMPLETED 2nd SEMESTER OF LLB THROUGH A REGULAR COURSE, CAN I DO REST OF THE 4 SEMESTERS THROUGH CORRESPONDENCE AND WILL I BE PERMITTED TO PRACTICE IN COURT?

Civil service are various types.except IAS,IPS,IFS many more service are there where ex defence personel are get advantages.so looking employment news for advertishment.and beside this you can check upsc official website.www.upsc.gov.in

sir i am serving in defence and has completed the 33 years of age and belong to OBC. i want to know is there any age relaxation to appear for civil service. Are there any rules of age relaxation for serving central govt employee.

Defense personnel get a maximum of 5 years age relaxation in addition to cast based age relaxation, if any. Since you have not mentioned your age, you can calculate maximum relaxation of age based on these criterion.

Sir, age limit for civil service is 21-30 years ... if you are not in this category then you cannt appear for this.

it is clearly mentioned that 5% seat reserved for defence personal or their wards including serving defence personal in rajasthan bed college but how a serving defence person would get degree as regular student?

my father is in army. he will going to retire on 2018. his age will 49 yrs on that year and in army he is in sub rank on that year. his army trade is MT-DVr. he is 11 passed. so sir, plz suggest any reputed civil service.
