Hello friend,
As you have completed your diploma having 75% marks so you are eligible for doing B.Tech. you can get direct admission in 2nd year in any private as well as govt. colleges in punjab. But as you have not appear for any entrance exam so you are not eligible for taking admission in govt. colleges. So you can take admission in private colleges only.
In my opinion LPU that is lovely professional ?University is best option for mechanical engineering.
So better to apply in this university. the fees structure is 70000 rupees for per year that is for two semester.

After the diploma in engineering you can apply for the B.Tech course
