My name is manasa I need some help from u. I completed my 10th.now I want join in inter which collage is best for mec to join .

You are in high school at this time so first of all your step should be to develop your basics and then opt for the science stream. That is the only way by which you will be able to take mechanical engineering after your intermediate.

Also, in science you will have to choose PCM combination for the engineering field.
So, my advise would be that you study these subjects with interest and in detailed manner so that later you enjoy your engineering.

Now coming to your doubt, see
- Nothing is better than the Indian institute of technology.
But is it so easy to get in one of those. NO!
You have to clear the IIT jEE exam for that.

- Next in line comes the NIT's. but for admission in those you need to crack AIEEE exam.

- Then comes the state government colleges like HBTI of Uttar Pradesh. These select candidates though the exams like UPSEE, IP University exam etc.

- After this there are colleges like
BITS
VIT
GALGOTIA
AKGEC

are there. These are private colleges which take though the state government exams and through the management quota(i.e. on the basis of 12th marks and/or donation)
