Yes, as per your date of birth as on 26th May 1995, you are eligible to give NDA-II exam provided you fulfill other eligibility criteria.
NDA - National Defence Academy, the entrance exam for which is conducted by UPSC twice every year as NDA-I and NDA-II to join Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA. The eligible candidate must be an unmarried Indian Male having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical and Mental health. Eligibility requirement for NDA II
NDA you need be in 12th class or 12th passed.To get eligible for NDA II 2013, your age limits must be 16-1/5 to 19 years of age i.e Only unmarried male candidate born not earlier than 2nd July 1995 and Not later than 1st January 1998 are eligible. After applying you need to go for Written examination in which you have to face 2 papers One paper is General awareness and English and 2nd papers includes only Mathematics. Both the papers is of 3-3 hours each. Quote:

According to your date of birth, Yes, you can.
National Defence Academy (NDA) is a service academy of three joint forces in India that is army, navy and air force. National Academy and National Defence Academy conducted by UPSC two times in the month of April & August. A candidate must either be: (i) a citizen of India/ a subject of Bhutan/ a subject of Nepal/ a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before the 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India. Educational Qualification: 1. For Army wing of National Defence Academy: 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education/ equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University. 2. For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy: 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University. Physical: 1. You must be physically fit according to physical standards for admission and Naval Academy Examination as per guidelines. Note: A candidate who has resigned or withdrawn on disciplinary grounds from any of the training academics of Armed Forces is not eligible to apply. Hi Guest, The eligibility criteria for NDA II exam is as follows: The candidate should be a citizen of India. The candidate needs to pass 10+2 from a recognized institution in India. The age limit for the post is 16.5 years to 19 years. If you meet all the above mentioned eligibility criteria then you can apply for the examination conducted by the NDA. Thank you, All the best. |

You can apply for the NDA (NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY), through which one can apply for the - INDIAN AIR FORCE (IAF) INDIAN NAVAL ACADEMY (NA) INDIAN MILITARY ACADEMY (IMA) As the age limit for this examination is 16.5-19 years,. So you are eligible for this examination. NDA examination is conducted by the union public service commission (UPSC). The educational qualification needed for this examination is a 12th degree from a recognized board. One more thing, you are a IAF & NA aspirant, you must have physics & maths in your 10+2. You must have scored at least 60% in 12th board examination. You must be a unmarried male. Examination pattern-- Physical requirements-- You must have Indian citizenship. Eligibility of NDA:- -Thje candidate must be an Indian National. -Should have either appeared for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board -Should be within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with no upper age relaxation for any reserved category candidate. -The candidate should have possessed good Physical and Mental Fitness. NDA stands for National Defence Academy
NDA exam will be held twice a year; April-may and Sep-Oct; Eligibility criteria: 1.Either pursuing 10+2 or completing the final exams; 2.Must be a citizen of India 3.Age 16 1/2- 19 years old by the time of examination. With a good grip on Mathematics and General ability papers you can crack the exam very easily. All the best. |

Well dear as per your date of birth you are eligible to give nda exam as your age will not exceed 19 years.nda exam is conducted twice in a year by upsc for the post of indian navy indian army and indian airforce.

To join Navy you need to give NDA exam conducted by UPSC twice in a yeari.e. NDA-I and NDA-II.
NDA has three wings: Indian army, Indian airforce, Indian navy. Educational Qualifications : (i) For Army wing of National Defence Academy :- 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University. Yes, you are definitely eligible for NDA-2..infact you are also eligible to appear for NDA-1 as your age will be above 17 by 1st Jan,2013
You can still apply for the NDA-1 Exam to be conducted on 7th April,2013 The forms for the exam are available from 22nd December,2012 till 21st Jan,2013 |
