please tell me in which college i can get admission after getting 80.2% in +2 exams and also the admission criteria.

There are lot of Engineering Exams are there like AIEEE, IIT JEE, Various State Exams.

IIT JEE Eligibility Criteria !!

If a Candidate Satisfy all the below Conditions then He will be eligible for IIT JEE Examination.

• A candidate can attempt JEE only twice, in consecutive years.
  
  
• Should have either passed the qualifying examination in the year of the test or the year previous to it. They should also satisfy the specific eligibility criteria in the qualifying examination.
  
  
• Candidates should meet the age requirements means must completed 17 years as a Minimum Age. Candidates should NOT have accepted admission by paying full fees at any of the IITs, IT-BHU, Varanasi or ISMU, Dhanbad, through earlier JEE.
  
  
• Note* Candidates applying for JEE 2012 should have either passed after October 1, 2009, or should be appearing in IIT JEE 2012

AIEEE Eligibility Critiera !!

• The minimum academic qualification for appearing in AIEEE 2011 was that the candidate must have passed in final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) or its equivalent referred to as the qualifying examination with
  
• 50% marks for general category candidates and
  
• 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC/PH category candidates.

It is very difficult to give answer to your query. I don't know you personally. You should have mentioned your stream, your subjects, your place etc.
If your stream is arts or commerce you can simply apply to different colleges of your place. You get honors or not it will depend on your marks on that respective subject. To get honors in Geography more than 96 is required generally. To get honors in english marks around 75 is required. I am taking of ordinary level of colleges. Cut off marks varies college to college. If you can't manage to get honors you can take pass course in B.A or B.Com. If you had mathematics in 10+2, you can opt for BBA/BCA.
Now coming to the point of what options are there for you if your stream is science.
Not need to mention you can apply for general courses in different colleges.
If you want to go for medical or engineering, you have to drop for 1 year. You can write entrance exams like IIT jee, AIEEE, AIPMT and various other state level exams.
There were few options I have discussed for you. Now take decision for which you would like to go for.

after 12th there are many course in which you can go for engineering, medical, or general line like b.com,b.sc & etc.
for engineering & medical you have to give entrance exam like JEE, AIEEE, IIT, criteria for this exam :-
the candidate should be pass from +2 exam ,
candidates for general students marks required 5o%
SC/ST/ candidates required 40% mark .
after exam according to your rank you will get admission in college .

but thing is that most of the engineering college takes student in the basis of JEE or
AIEEE rank basis.

If you want to try for engineering colleges than you need to give exams like IIT-JEE and AIEEE
If you want to go for commerce stream like B.Com then you can try for various colleges that come under Punjab University, Delhi University

You have not mentioned that from which stream you are..
So it will difficult for us to suggest you...
As your 12th percentage marks is very good, so I think you can get admission in any college..
Now, the admission criteria is vary from college to college..
If you are from Science stream then you can go for Engineering or Medical..
for that you have to appear in exams like- IIT-JEE, AIEEE etc.. for engineering..
For medical you have to appear in AIPMT, JEM etc..

If you want to go in general field then you can go for courses like- B.SC,BBA,BCA etc..
so don't worry my friend your 12th marks will not create any problem..

yes sir you will eaily get admission in many colleges like private,government and even in reputed univesities but before please reply us which stream do you have in your 12 and subjects you are having in 12
if you have science easily take admission in delhi university ,private engineering colleges.
and if you have commerce
then also you can take admission in good colleges for b.com and other
so please reply us

dear friend,
you forgot to mention that in which stream you are. but then also, for getting admission in any good college, you will first have to give an entrance exam like there is iit jee and aieee for admission in engineering, cpt exam for admission in ca, pmt for medical student. there are also many colleges which provide direct admission like lovely professional university which provide direct admission and good placements also.
