in BE does the fashion designing course exist (in which colleges does have BE. in fashion design????

I am interested in doing Diploma in Textile and Fashion Designing (2 years course) affliated to SNDT, Mumbai. After completion of this diploma course, is it possible to do directly B.Tech in the same discipline? Kindly advise the admission procedure and college/institue/university where I am eligible to do B.Tech

After the completion of Diploma in Fashion Technology how can I take Degree in same discipline ? Can I appear psc exams for the jobs like Secretarial Assistant etc.?
