Hi i completed my master degree in MBA-hr i would like to continue my studies in M.Phil. plz give me gud suggestion whether to do or not

I am trying to make a way to my career. Right now, I am pursueing B.Sc. with PHYSICS (final year). Then, I m thinking of doing MBA-HR. After that, M.PHIL & then want to go for Ph.D. Basically, I want to study for atleast 5 yrs after I am done with graduation. So, this is the way I have planned out. I want to know your views. Is there any other way except this???? Is there any other option after MBA-HR???? Please help....
