Is it compulsory to study from an approved university?
I am studying at aka university satna Madhya Pradesh my question is it is compulsory to study from approves university from dgms dhanbhad for b.tech mining.

Yes definitely a candidate should always pursue a degree course from recognised University. Only those candidates can appear in entrance test of degree level who have done their degree from recognised universities otherwise they can not appear.
