Is correspondance B.Tech degree from Karnata State open university eligible for KAS or IAS ?

Yes, you are eligible to appear for the UPSC Civil services examination. It is a common examination conducted for the recruitment of the candidates on the IAS, IPS, IFS etc..

The eligibility to appear for the examination is :-
* Candidates must have passed the graduation from any recognised university.
* Candidates age must be between the 21-32 years with the relaxation for the reserved category.

So if you have completed the graduation course you can appear for the examination. The application for the 2015 UPSC examination is closed. The application for the 2016 examination will be available from the April 2016.
