Which course should I choose after 12th to get a high paid government service?

Recently i have given a 12 board(commerce) exam which course or option i choose in govt. Jobs so that i get attractive salary above 50,000Rs. in future.? Pls suggest me.

im over my exam 10 2 with bihar board and applied for UPTU 2012 exams.can i applied for engineering college or wait for results.i wants to take addmission in B.TECH ,with MECHANICAL .is it suitable for me and which college is better for me.plse tell me.
