I m in 12th nw.....i m a medical student (physics,chemistry,biology)..... i want to knw about the courses after 12th... i m confused about my future....pls adviced me...

Courses after 12th for PCB:

Below is a list of good courses you can pursue for a better job opportunity:

- MBBS (Bachelors of Medicine, Bachelors of Surgery)

- BDS (Bachelors of Dental Surgery)

- BPT ( Bachelors of Physiotherapy)

- BAMS ( Bachelors of Ayurveda, Medicine & Surgery)

- B. Pharm ( Bachelors of Pharmacy)

- BE (Bachelors of Engineering) in biotechnology/agriculture/ bioinformatics

- BSc (Bachelors of Science) in Biotechnology/Agriculture/Microbiology/Biochemistry/Genetics/Forensic Science

Depending on your interest, you can choose any of the above option which will pay you good salary in future.

Medical is an option available. This field itself you have options like MBBS, Homeopathy, Nursing etc. You also have the option to go B.Sc course. You have options like Biotechnology, Bioinformatics etc which will help you to join laboratories or research field. You must decide based on the kind of work that interests you.

hi.. if you are interested in medical line then you can go for :
MBBS, BDS ( dental surgery), B.Pharm (pharmacy), BSC MLT( medical lab technology), B.Sc Nursing, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Agriculture, Veterinary science, Forestry, fisheries courses require single entrance exam.

Nursing - A profession with devotion and hard work. There are good chances for getting jobs in various foreign countries
BSc. Nursing: 4years degree course. After passing 12th standard with Biology, physics, Chemistry, can appear for the entrance.

3 Years Nursing diploma: After completion of 12th std with Biology, physics and Chemistry, can apply for Nursing diploma from nursing schools

Pharmacy and Medical lab technology courses. Those who completed 12th with biology, physics and chemistry can apply for diploma courses in 1.Medical lab technology 2. Radiological technology 3. Ophthalmic assistants.

Also there are other certificate courses such as dental mechanics certificate, dental hygienist certificate etc. Common exam conducted by Medical Education director has to be passed for this.

i have opted for physics chemistry and biology in class 11th and no maths. can i go for genetic engineering after 12th without maths. which colleges in India offer genetic engineering courses.

There are many optional choices for you after taking science group in

12th. Engineering and Medical are prime field for science group students. Medical

is the prime field for biology students. If you are not interested in engineering or

medical you can go to arts and science also. some of the courses for bio group

students in arts and science are as follows

Bsc biology

Bsc botany

Bsc bio chem

Bsc zoology

You can go for state PMT which is conducted by state...
or You can go for CPMT which is conducted by CBSE..
if you clear one of these test then you will get good college to make your future good...

Choosing carrier after your 12th is one of the tedious process. Here you have to take a right decisions based on your capabilities. Most probably Engineering field suits well many.


But if you are interested in medicals, have to pay your full attention there to signing in.

dear sonia, im digvijay , a just passed physiotherapy and finding tough to find a job coz things r very stagnant and tight in the medical field ......... many of my m.b.b.s. and dental friends 2 r finding it hard to pull thru......doing these courses wil only help u if u go abroad or if ur father has lakhs of rupees to set u up a clinic .....u can master in p, c, or b. and do a professors job.....that wil giv u a good income.....im writing this bcoz i dont want anybody to suffer and struggle after studying so much lik i did..... all d best

As you have chose Botany,Physics and Chemistry you may go in the medical field and you can apply for MBBS course.For the MBBS course you have to appear in the entrance examination like the AIPMT,AFMC and other state level entrance examination.
Not only this you can also eligible for B.Sc course.You can choose a subject which you like the most as your subject in B.Sc.
You can also apply for BCA and BBA course.

So choose the one you like the most.
