NDA - Stands for National Defence Academy.This examination is conducted by the Union public service commission (UPSC) twice in a year.

NDA Examination is conducted in 3 wings:

• Indian Air Force
• Indian Navy
• Indian Army

If you have completed 12th standard with science department then you are applicable for all above post other wise only in Indian Army post.

Your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years old .There is no age relaxation for SC/ST , OBC criteria.

NOTE:-

>>Only unmarried male candidate are eligible for NDA exam.

>>You must have a citizenship of India.

NDA I exams date already over for this year so you can try for NDA II Exam.

• Date of commencement of notification : 05-05-2012
• Last date for the receipt of completed application forms : 04-06-2012
• Date of NDA II Exam : 19-08-2012

NDA exam is conducted by the UPSC twice in every year.

Eligibility criteria:

The candidate should be complete 12th standard from a recognised state board.

Candidate should be a citizen of india.

Only unmarried male candidates are eligible.

Candidate must be physically fit.

Age criteria:

Age limit should not be lessthan 16.5years and should not be more than 19years.

Selection process:
Written test,
Interview,
Medical test.

Application process is only through the online, the offline process the removed from this year.

NDA stands for NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY, the entrance exam of which is conducted by UPSC two times every year one in the month of April and another in the month of August for entry in to three wings of NDA:-

INDIAN ARMY
INDIAN NAVY
INDIAN AIR FORCE

The eligible candidate must be an unmarried Indian male having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognized Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical and Mental health.

The date of sale of NDA-II 2012 exam form will be from 05/05/2012 when the notification for which will come out with last date for submission of completed form will be by 04/06/2012 followed by exam will be on 19/08/2012.

As you are now pursing 12th you can apply for the forth coming NDA-II 2012 exam.
