IMPORTANT NOTES
1.
Candidates can apply for AIEEE 2011 either on the prescribed Application Form or make application ‘Online’.

2. For submission of application on prescribed form :
Information Bulletin containing Application Form can be had by post from the CBSE or personally from Regional Offices of CBSE, Designated Institutions and the Designated Branches of Syndicate Bank and other Banks specified in Appendix IV.

Candidates must follow instructions strictly as given in the Information Bulletin. Candidates not complying with the instructions shall be summarily disqualified.

Candidates must keep a photocopy of the Application Form for use as reference for future correspondence.

Please ensure before mailing the application that:-
the candidate has signed the Form at two specified places;
the application bears signature of the Father/Guardian
the candidate has put left hand thumb impression at the specified place failing which application form will not be accepted and rather rejected.
recent passport size two photographs taken on or after 1st September, 2010 one pasted in the space marked for it and one duly attested by the Principal/Head of institution where the candidate is studying in class XII/Passed XII or by Gazetted officer.

candidate appearing for both the courses of BE/B.Tech and B.Arch/B. Planning together and candidates opted centre in foreign country have to pay additional payment as per the clause 8.3 of the information broucher.

the application is dispatched by Registered/Speed Post only.

the Application Form sent by courier shall not be accepted and rather rejected.
the Application Form sent/dispatched through the coaching centre will not be accepted and rather rejected.
the use of address of any coaching centre/coaching institution is strictly prohibited, if any body use the address of any coaching centre/institution his/her application form will be rejected.
3. For "Online" submission of application at aieee website www.aieee.nic.in
Online submission of application may be made by accessing the AIEEE website www.aieee.nic.in. The candidate should supply all details while filling up the Online Form. Candidates are required to take a print of the Online Application after successful submission of data. The print out of the computer generated Application Form/Confirmation Page, complete in all respect as applicable for Offline submission should be sent to the Assistant Secretary(AIEEE), Central Board of Secondary Education, P.S.1-2, Institutional Area, Patparganj, I.P. Extn., Delhi-11 0092 by Speed Post/Registered Post only. Candidates should pay the fee as mentioned. The fee could be remitted in the following ways:

a. By credit card, or

b. Through Demand Draft which should be in favour of the Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi drawn in any Nationalized Bank payable at Delhi. Write your name, address, registration number/application number and paper opted on the back of the Demand Draft.

c. Candidates submitting Application Online are required:

- to retain a photocopy of computer generated confirmation page with registration/application number.

- The candidate can get his/her confirmation page after confirmation of fee by bank or CBSE for that the candidate can check the status of receipt of fee by entering Regn. No., Name & Date of Birth. More information and instructions for filling-in the Online Application Form would be made available on the www.aieee.nic.in from 23.11.2010 to 14.01.2011 (5.00 p.m.)

Candidates must ensure that the Application Form along with original Demand Draft should reach to the Board on or before the last date i.e. 20.01.2011. Even after the successful submission of Online Application within due date, if the Application Form does not reach the Board on or before the last date or without the requisite fee, the Application Form of the candidate will be treated as cancelled. The candidates should supply all the required details while filling up the Online Form. On submission of detail, a confirmation page with Registration Number shall be generated. Candidates are required to take print out of confirmation page and paste photograph, put left hand thumb impression and sign in the space earmarked for the purpose and write down the residential address with PIN code.

4. Information regarding receipt of applications in the AIEEE Unit of the CBSE will be put on the website www.aieee.nic.in . The candidates can check the receipt of their Application Number on the website after 45 days of last date for receipt of application form in CBSE office i.e. 20.01.2011. Candidates whose particulars do not appear on the website may write to the Assistant Secretary, AIEEE Unit, and forward a photocopy of the Application Form, the Demand Draft or any other mode of payment and two passport size photographs (as pasted on the Application Form).

In case the Admit Card is not received by 6 th April, 2011 the candidates should write/contact the CBSE between 7 th April, 2011 to 20th April, 2011 giving details of the Post Office, date of dispatch, original receipt of postal dispatch, photostat copy of the Application Form, two photographs (as pasted on the Application Form one is duly attested as mentioned in para 2 above), and proof regarding remittance of fee who have submitted application “Online’.

Candidate must preserve the Admit Card till the admission process is over. Request for issue of duplicate Admit Card will not be entertained after the examination in any case.

with your AIEEE forum you must required your 10th,12th pass certificate(marks sheet ) , your migration certificate required along AIEEE form............

class 10th and class 12th admit card and migration certificate is required for it...........

To attach Demand Draft of required fee (In favour of “Secretary Central Board of Secondary Education,Delhi”, payable at Delhi).To mention his/her Registration No., Name, and Address on the back of the Demand Draft .

Class X admit for age reference.

Candidates applying for the AIEEE must take a Demand Draft of the required amount which is payable at New Delhi. The application form must have two passport size attested photos. Demand Draft with the candidates name and address on the back side. These are the documents which have to be sent along with the application form.

If you are paying the fee through draft or credit\debit card, then you need to send the draft or copy of the bank receipt in case of credit/debit card with the application form.

If you are applying online you should fill the Online Application Form, note down the registration number & take a printout of Confirmation Page.

You should only send the confirmation page along with DD by Speed Post to :

theses are the list of documents to be put up with application form
1.10 CLASS CERTIFICATE SHOWING DATE OF BIRTH
2.PASSING CERTIFICATE OF 12

but if you belong to SC/ST/OBC

then you have to attach the document for the same

Non of the documents ( tenth and twelveth certificate, migration certificate, character certificate or any other document) if you are applying offline and applying just for only Btech or Barch only. Remember to take one photostate copy of application form for future reference.

As last date is nearing for AIEEE form send it quickly along with these ::

NO such documents are required if you are applying offline !!

Remember to take one photostate copy of application form for future reference.

and if The candidates made application online must submit Computer enerated Application Form/Confirmation page along with Demand Draft of any scheduled Bank/Proof of remittance of exam fees.

Yes you need to write name and date in the back side of photograph.If your photograph is misplaciln it can be easily found by seeing this.

Your document required during selection of AIEEE consuling.
You have not available document during AIEEE verification of your document so you will be rejected.

hii friend...here i can help you....you have to send the 10th class certificate with your aieee form...if you have a caste certificate you have to enclose it....in addition to these you have to attach dd or challan of the bank where you paid the fee.........

Documents To Be Attached With AIEEE Form

You need to attach the following documents along with your AIEEE form :-

1) Two non-polaroid photographs out of which..one should be attested by the principal of the school where you are studying/passed 12th or by a gazetted officer..

2) Demand draft..

3) 10th pass certificate attested by the school principal or a gazetted officer..

Do not forget to put your thumb impressions on the spaces provided to you..

Eligibility Criteria for AIEEE :-

1) You should be a 12th pass out with 50% or above in Physics,Chemistry and Maths in 12th boards..

2) You can appear for the exam only 3 times..once in the year of passing of 12th and two years consecutively after that..

3) You should be less than 25 years of age..

Dear Friend,

You need not to attach any document with AIEEE form.You just send the AIEEE form with the money sleep.
The documents are required at the time of counselling.You have to show all the documents and certificate of qualification at the time of counselling or at the time of taking admission in any college.

So go through the Instruction in the prospectus of AIEEE and fill the form and send it with in time.

Is it necessary to stick black and white passport size photograph on aieee form 2012...???

sir i am 12 pass student.i have to attach 10 and 12 certificate.my question was whether both the certificate should be attested or not?

My nephew forgot to submit the 10th class certificate towards date of birth proof, kindly tell us how to send the same

If we need to paste 10 th class certificate with aieee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.the column to which photo attached is much larger. there will be more space vaccent even though pasting passport sized photo.so what is the size of photo that to be attached.!!!!!!!!!!!!
