Does degree percentage matter for IAS/IPS exam? I have scored 87% in 10th standard

I scored 87% in 10th state syllabus.

I scored 55% in 12th state syllabus.

I finished my B.E degree in 8 years with 58% aggregate.

I passed most of B.E subjects in second or third attempts.

Right now my question is do upsc consider degree percentage or only C- SAT score ?

IAS/IPS - Indian Administrative Service/Indian Police Service, to become an IAS/IPS officer one has to crack Civil Service Exam conducted every year by UPSC after Graduation.

Percentage of marks secured in Graduation does not matter for Civil Service exam, only a pass in Graduation is sufficient to apply for the same.

The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having either appear for the final Graduation Degree exam or pass in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate, can apply for IAS/IPS Civil Service Exam.
