Eligibility and books to refer for RTO Officer
Hi sir. I am pradip pisal from amaravati university. I am studying in ME third year diploma. I want to becomes an RTO Officer after completing my diploma. So, please give me details of eligibility for RTO and which books are prepared.

RTO (Regional Transport Officer) exam is organized by public service commission of each state of India. The eligibility varies according to the state. There are 3 different posts through RTO exam, based on that the eligibility changes. The basic eligibility is the candidate should be an citizen of India.
Eligibility criteria: 1. Clerk: - Age: 18-37 years. - You need to complete your 10+2 education from recognized board. 2. Sub assistant engineer: - Age: Below 32 years. - You need to have a 4 year degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical. 3. Judicial service: - Age: 23-34 years. - Able to speak and read the language of the state you're writing the exam. - You need to have a law degree from recognized university. Books to refer: - General studies. - Verbal & non verbal reasoning. - Technical related books. |
